LRF Process Optimizer ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of steel plant engineers and operators who use our secondary metallurgy platform. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We collect your name, email address, company/plant name, and account credentials when you register. We also store the process data you enter (heat parameters, chemistry, calculation results) to provide our service and your heat history.
Your data is used to operate the calculator, save your heat records, manage your subscription, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Each user's data is isolated — you can only access your own records.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Paddle's privacy policy governs payment data.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
