All subscription payments for LRF Process Optimizer are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or downgrades.
We offer 5 free heat calculations so you can fully evaluate the platform before subscribing. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to confirm the Service meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges. You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period.
In rare cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors, please contact us at metallurgist.bd@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review the issue.
