🔥 LRF PROCESS OPTIMIZER

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By accessing or using LRF Process Optimizer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

LRF Process Optimizer provides a secondary-metallurgy charge calculation tool for Ladle Refining Furnace operations, including alloy additions, slag formers, desulphurisation, dephosphorisation, and process scheduling calculations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each subscription is licensed per plant.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive 5 free heat calculations. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the full features.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly ($1,200/month) or annually ($10,500/year) per plant. Payments are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer — Engineering Judgment Required

The Service provides calculated recommendations based on metallurgical models. These are decision-support outputs only. Final process decisions must be verified by a qualified metallurgist. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of the calculations. Always validate results against your plant's actual practice.

7. Intellectual Property

All calculation engines, models, and software are the property of LRF Process Optimizer. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
